Terms for public and connected read-only audits.
Terms governing CheckMyHelpCenter public scans and pre-release read-only Zendesk or Gorgias audits.
Scope at a glance
These terms cover the free no-login scanner and pre-release connected audits. Both are read-only, return automated review signals, and do not guarantee an AI answer, policy outcome, or complete scan.
Operator and acceptance
CheckMyHelpCenter is a DocSanity AI branded service. By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
The service operator's verified legal entity name, registered address, governing law, and dispute venue have not yet been published. They must be supplied before a commercial marketplace listing is submitted; this page does not invent those terms.
What the current service provides
The public service is a free, read-only analysis of publicly accessible Help Center content. Pre-release connected mode can run an administrator-requested read-only audit of Zendesk Guide articles and Macros or Gorgias Macros after platform OAuth. It does not access tickets or customer records and does not edit platform content.
Findings are automated, directional suggestions for qualified human review. They are not legal, compliance, security, financial, or professional advice and are not a guarantee of factual accuracy, customer-support performance, AI-agent accuracy, search visibility, or business results.
Authorized and acceptable use
You may submit only a public URL that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to assess. You are responsible for evaluating findings before changing policies or customer communications.
- Do not use the service to access private, credential-protected, restricted, or confidential material.
- Do not probe internal networks, metadata services, or infrastructure; evade safety limits; introduce malware; disrupt the service; or attempt to extract secrets.
- Do not use automated traffic to overload the scanner or a third-party Help Center.
- Do not misrepresent a directional finding as a verified legal or policy conclusion.
Your content and third-party services
You retain rights in content you control. You authorize the service to fetch and process the submitted public pages only as needed to perform the requested scan. You remain responsible for the content, permissions, and policies of the submitted site.
Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Cloudflare, Google, and other third-party products have their own terms. CheckMyHelpCenter and DocSanity AI are independent services and are not endorsed by those platforms unless an official listing expressly says otherwise.
Availability, changes, and suspension
The scanner may be changed, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued, including to protect users, third parties, or infrastructure. We may decline a target, stop a crawl, or return a limited report when content cannot be safely or reliably analyzed.
Connected mode remains a pre-release feature until platform and legal approval. Any future paid plan, write-back tool, ticket access, scheduled processing, or broader marketplace permission will require separate disclosure and, where applicable, fresh authorization; none is granted by these Terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, complete, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the free scanner or reliance on a finding. A legally reviewed liability structure and any required consumer or jurisdictional carve-outs must be finalized with the operator details before commercial launch.
Contact and changes to these Terms
