How to request deletion or confirm what was retained.
Deletion instructions for public scans, connected Zendesk or Gorgias data, support messages, analytics, and operational data.
Scope at a glance
The current scanner has no user account or saved report history. Raw public article content and generated reports are not intentionally stored in an application database after the request, but support correspondence, Cloudflare logs, and Google Analytics data have separate boundaries.
Public scan data
A free public scan is processed without an account. Raw article text is used transiently to create the response, and the current application does not intentionally save the report or raw page content in a report database after the request completes. Closing or resetting the browser removes the current on-page report from that browser session.
Standard infrastructure logs may contain a submitted request path, timestamp, IP address, status, and diagnostic or security signals. Google Analytics may hold usage events. Those records are not the same as a stored Help Center report and may not be searchable by submitted URL alone.
Send a deletion request
Email support@willgo.tech with the subject “Data deletion request.” State what you want deleted and provide the approximate scan or contact date, the submitted Help Center hostname, the email address used to contact support, and any other non-sensitive detail that can help locate the record.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, private article content, government identifiers, or customer conversation data. We may ask for reasonable verification that you are the data subject or are authorized to act for the relevant organization. We will confirm whether matching application, support, analytics, or operational data can be located and explain any lawful or security-related retention requirement.
Support messages and vendor-held data
If you emailed support, ask us to delete the correspondence and identify the sending address. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, document a security incident, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
Cloudflare and Google process data under their own systems and configured retention controls. We will use the controls available to us for a valid request, but browser-only identifiers or aggregated data may not be linkable to an email address. You can also clear site data, use analytics blocking controls, and use Google's privacy tools.
Connected account data
In connected mode, an administrator can disconnect one installation to disable its locally usable OAuth token immediately. The dashboard also provides a confirmed Delete data action that removes the tenant, installations, sessions, audit events, and every other tenant-scoped record from the application database. Raw Guide or Macro bodies and generated reports are not persisted by the current implementation, and no tenant-linked deletion receipt remains.
Remote token revocation is attempted through the supported Gorgias or Zendesk endpoint during reauthorization, disconnect, or deletion. If a platform request fails, the platform account key and encrypted token material are staged in a separate revocation-only queue before the active installation record is overwritten or erased. That queue cannot authorize a scan; a daily task retries with backoff and deletes the job after successful revocation. The dashboard reports a pending outcome so the administrator can also remove the grant directly in the platform. This narrow security exception is retained only while needed to terminate the remote grant.
The connected feature remains pre-release. Before customer activation, production backup and infrastructure-log expiry must be verified. For a marketplace uninstall or any residual-data question, use the dashboard deletion control when available and email support@willgo.tech.
Privacy rights
A deletion email can also request access, correction, restriction, portability, or an objection where those rights apply. See the Privacy Policy for processing details. Contact: support@willgo.tech.
